Companion Registration includes access to both receptions, the conference banquet, coffee breaks and the techincal tour.

Single-day Registration includes the conference guide, conference bag, and access to any events on the registered day.

Student Registration requires proof of current enrollment. Documents in English verifying the student’s full name and current enrollment status may be submitted in advance of the conference to finance-ipac16@postech.ac.kr, or may be submitted at the registration desk. Students who do not provide adequate documentation will not be granted the student registration rate.

  • Please bring your Identification card, passport or anything relevant as verification to the registration desk.
  • For those who have not yet send out their proof of enrollment by email, please make sure to have it on your arrival.

In advance of the conference (until April 30)

  • Credit card – MasterCard or VISA only
  • Bank transfer - Please contact finance-ipac16@postech.ac.kr for bank details
    • All bank service charges must be paid by sender
    • The registrant's name should be clearly stated on bank transfer

On-site at the conference

  • Cash (KRW only) or credit card

Cancellation of Registration and Refunds

Any changes and cancellations must pre-notified in writing to the Conference Secretary (secretary-ipac16@postech.ac.kr) by e-mail.

Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made on or before March 30, 2016. For cancellations made on or before April 27, 2016, we will charge 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after April 27, 2016 are not refundable. All cancellation costs will be charged to the participant.

Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.
