All registered exhibitors and sponsors will be listed in the final conference announcement.

Booth Registration and Payments

Booth registrations are through the IPAC’16 SPMS. Confirmation of booth reservation will be effective after payment, which must be received within three weeks of registration.

Our preferred method of payment is wire transfer. For information on wire transfers, please see the payment instructions on your invoice after submitting the registration. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact finance-ipac16@postech.ac.kr.

Cancellations

Cancellations of Industrial Sponsorships must be made in writing via email to ipac16-loc@postech.ac.kr.

Registration fees will be refunded (less a cancellation fee of 500,000 KRW) for cancellations made on or before March 2, 2016. For cancellations made on or before April 6, 2016, we will charge 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after April 6, 2016 are not refundable.

Shipping Information

Booth Etiquette

During Exhibition hours, booths must be attended by an authorized representative, technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.

The Conference reserves the right to remove any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.

Subletting

Exhibitors are not permitted to sublet booths or portions of booths to non-registered companies or individuals.

Compliance

The Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, resolutions and codes of duly authorized local and national governing bodies concerning fire, safety and health, together with the rules and regulations of the Busan Exhibition & Convention Center (BEXCO).

Storage, Set-up and Dismantling

Because of the limited storage space we cannot guarantee ability to fulfill all storage requirements. Please take this into consideration for the delivery of your material. The IPAC'2016 LOC, the co-host of IPAC'2016, BEXCO, and the concerning body of IPAC'2016 assume no liability for damage and theft. The schedule for set-up and dismantling, as well as information on sending materials, will be announced 4 weeks prior to the conference.

Hold Harmless Clause

The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor¡¯s activities in the BEXCO and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEXCO, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees, as well as the IPAC'2016 LOC, Co-host of IPAC'2016, and the concerning body of IPAC'2016, from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
